01 / SOLAR FIELDS

Built for the sun.

Clean energy begins here. Its materials deserve another life.

Solar fields become a collection of end-of-life panels. One cracked panel is selected and its layers open, then close. Robot arms remove its aluminum frame while the junction box is detached. Glass is lifted and crushed. The remaining laminate enters a shredder, becoming a dark mixed fraction that passes through a gravity separator. Recovered resources continue into six collection streams.
